Civil Defense Plan Obligation
Some of our offices have been informed by governorships about their preparation of Civil Defense Plans. This issue is not within the scope of Law No. 6331, so Physician Son is not in the field of expertise of OSGB. But we have done a detailed study and heard you informed. This article has been prepared by the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorates in the areas of sensitive areas and more than 100 average yearly average number of personnel, or in addition to all the formal and private offices, factories, institutions, workshops, schools, universities, dormitories, pension, hospitals and hospitals with a capacity of more than 100 sqm, and similar workshops and workplaces.
How to Prepare Civil Defense Plan
Civil Defense Plans are required to be prepared in accordance with the Civil Defense Law No. 7126 and the 'Guidelines for Civil Defense Work within the Circles and Associations' published by the General Directorate of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Interior. You can find the plan example and the related guide here. As a result of interviews with the AFAD Department and Istanbul AFAD, this plan needs to be prepared by the building management, if the institutions are accompanied by security units. It is proposed that the subject is not covered by the Law on Occupational Health and Safety No. 6331 and is prepared by the persons having sufficient knowledge (Technical Team etc.) on the building structure, shelter, equipment, etc. as stated in the guide. As Physician Son OSGB, we interviewed people who are experienced in preparing Civil Defense Plan. We may be able to support you if you do not want to prepare this plan by consulting outside. You can forward your service requests to us.
