Healthcare personnel (workplace nurses) are limited in their ability to do so, so we train our health staff to continuously support workplace physicians in the area of occupational health.

In our workplaces where health personnel and workplace physician services are together

OHS Portal software is used by our healthcare staff to monitor and regulate work entry and renewal examinations, to organize necessary work for these examinations, and to provide information to both the workplace physician and the examiner.
 

While doing health care work (blood pressure control, etc.) by any health personnel, the physicians of Ogul OSGB are very dominant in the health of the worker and they make field inspections and report the results to our company.

Most importantly, emergency medical technicians and environmental health technicians can be appointed as health personnel, but for our quality, we only appoint nurses who have graduated from 4 year nursing department as health personnel.
 

WHAT IS BUSINESS IN HEALTH PERSONNEL
In general, the work done by the workplace nurse can be summarized as doing assistant to the doctor. To give detailed information, the health personnel perform the following tasks.

Work in accordance with the instructions of the occupational physician in the planning, evaluation and monitoring of occupational health and safety services
Collect data on occupational health and keep the necessary records
Assist the occupational physician in entering the work done by the work physician and periodical examinations
To constantly check workplace hygiene
To take part in the organization of first aid services
To take part in occupational health education
CAN THEIR PEOPLE BE HEALTH PERSONNEL?
Graduates of 4 nursing departments with the following titles and technicians / technician graduates may be other health personnel. However, they must first be trained as if they are in Occupational Physicians and Occupational Safety Specialists, and then they should go to the other Health Personnel Examination, which is opened by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
