Physician Ogul OSGB infrastructure enables a workplace physician to learn the tricky points of a practitioner who has never been a workplace physician in a short period of time and constantly updates our documentation to ensure that the workplace doctor provides occupational health services in the most up to date information.

OUR BUSINESS HEALTH WRITE
All of the operations performed by our business physicians (taking into account the doctor-patient deprivation) enter into the OSG Portal system. So everything that is done is recorded. As a result of entry into the work and periodic health examinations, you can follow up on the iSG portal system to see which jobs are available to the people.

RUTİS İSG CONTROL
In Hekim Oğul OSGB there is one coordinator per 8-10 employees. Our Coordinators visit the workplace at least 2 times a year and make occupational health and safety inspections. Therefore, the ISG status at your workplace is kept under constant control by a second eye, not by a single staff member, and quality is kept at the highest level. At the same time, our trainings, which we regularly do and train by outside trainers, constantly learn about new developments and, if necessary, apply them to the companies they serve.

WHAT DOES BUSINESS WORK DO?
The duties of the workplace physician are determined by the Duties, Powers and Responsibilities of the Workplace Doctors, but the duties specified in this regulation actually constitute a very small part of the work done by the doctor.

Employer to provide guidance and counseling on occupational health
Entering employees and conducting periodic health examinations
To train employees in general health issues
Evaluating the ergonomic and psychosocial risks in the running of the business, ensuring harmony between the worker and the worker
Participate in occupational health and safety work
Participate in workplace surveillance and inspection system work
To make necessary checks on canteen, dining hall, dormitory, nursery and breast feeding rooms, dressing rooms, shower and toilets care and cleaning
Participate in the risk assessment work carried out on the basis of work safety
To carry out preventive health examinations in accordance with the relevant legislation on the assessment and prevention of risks in the workplace
Do health surveillance of workers, including night shifts
Checking general hygiene conditions at work
Prepare a work plan for the workplace
WORKPLACE HOUR WORKING PERIOD CALCULATION
Workplace physician working time is determined by the number of employees and the number of employees in your workplace. According to this:

Less Hazardous Class: 5 minutes per person
Dangerous Class: 10 minutes per person
Very Dangerous Class: 15 minutes per person
