Periodic Controls
Periodic tests and controls are routine operations that must be performed by technical personnel, such as machine engineers / technicians, that must be performed at every workplace where machinery or work equipment is used. It is possible to extend the service life of the equipment and to prevent possible accidents, such as the servicing of the same car as the periodic inspection of the machine equipment.
PERIODIC TEST AND CONTROLLES LEGAL PLACE
Article 10 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act holds the employer responsible for all risks incurred in the workplace. This is the duty of the employer to control the reliability of machine and work equipment, which are potential sources of danger.
Article 7 of the Health and Safety Conditions Regulation for the Use of Work Equipment, dated April 25, 2013 specifies that the machine and work equipment at work shall be tested and checked at regular intervals to the authorized body and persons and the audit reports shall be archived. Audit reports carry a responsibility to the person performing the audit so that the person who has signed the audit and has the right to use it for the audit report deserves the job. Otherwise, the person who takes control at an accident that will occur later will be among the responsible ones.
All machinery and equipment used in the business environment must be checked by a mechanical engineer at intervals determined by the law. This is a more detailed check by the independent organization of the intention of the producer company to control during the routine checks. There is no obligation of the producer company's controls against the laws, and the actual responsibility is the company that performs the periodic check.
LIFTING - PERIODIC CONTROL OF TRANSMISSION VEHICLES
The obligation to perform periodic checks identifies the Health and Safety Conditions Regulations for the Use of Work Equipment. Accordingly, periodic controls of the lifting and conveying devices used must be made by authorized personnel of a laboratory with Type A inspection institution accreditation.
